This is a delightful two-bedroom bungalow in France's attractive Vendee region. It sleeps up to 6 guests plus infants. There are 2 double beds and a set of bunk beds. The living accommodation is all on one level. The house and the grounds, including the secure pool, are private; none of the facilities are shared.

The village of L'Hermenault is 2km away and the nearest nearest large town is Fontenay-le-Comte, just 10 minutes drive away. The cottage is 3 hours drive from St Malo; 45 mins from La Rochelle.

The property comes with its own secure private 10x5m pool, pool table, table tennis, satellite TV, DVD and video player, and also full size snooker table!

The private 10m [33 foot] secure pool (heated from April to October) is situated in the garden at the rear of the house. The snooker and pool tables are situated below the 'bungalow'; this area is accessed via a staircase.

Centrally heated and double-glazed,, the cottage is available for letting all year through.
It has a sunny garden at the front which provides a level access to the property.

The private, enclosed 10x5m swimming pool is in the garden at the rear.
Garden furniture and a large barbecue are provided.

There are two bedrooms... 1 double bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and either 2 singles or a superking [ 6'] bed. The house will sleep 6 +babies with the option of 4 separate beds , or the superking / superking and bunks.

Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, plus separate toilet

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine.

A starter pack can be provided at cost; contents to be discussed with owners.
