cutlery, glasses and utensils are provided. Equipment includes: electric
oven, gas hob, electric toaster, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher,
large fridge freezer, ample cupboard space, washing machine, electric iron
and ironing board are situated in the utility room next to the bathroom on
the ground floor.
Outside washing line, pegs, plastic clothes airer.
A starter pack can be provided at cost; contents to be discussed with
owners.

The house has five bedrooms; the large Bedroom 1 on the ground floor
contains a standard double bed and a cot.
Bedroom 2 - double. Bedroom 3 has
4 singles.
Bedroom 4 double en-suite facilities, comprising shower, toilet, hand
washbasin. Bedroom 5 has 3 singles. Cots available
on request.
The large bathroom on the ground floor contains a shower, washbasin,
toilet. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom.. The second
bathroom is on the first floor. |

The secure private heated swimming pool is 10m x 5m, 1m
deep at the shallow end and 2m at the deep end. It is not shared.
Garden furniture is provided. There is a large barbeque which is a
permanent feature, complete with utensils.
