 The VendeeThe Vendee is a beautiful area of France with attractive lush countryside and many fine sandy beaches on the Atlantic coast. Our cottages are located in an area just over 1 hour from Nantes and 45 minutes from La Rochelle. Economical flights on Ryanair can take you to Nantes from London Stansted, Liverpool, East Midlands, Bournemouth, Dublin and Shannon. La Rochelle can be reached from Stansted and Dublin. If you prefer ferries, the area is about 3 hours from St Malo, 4 from Caen, 5 from Cherbourg and 6 from Boulogne. We have a choice of splendid villas and cottages for self-catering holidays in the south west of the Vendee region. They have 2, 4 or 5 bedrooms, each with a PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL and LARGE GARDENS. Each of our properties provides a perfect location for a peaceful holiday base with plenty of varied activities close by. Enjoy the beaches, sports, sightseeing; fishing; bird-watching, walking and cycling; soak up the history as well as the sunshine. Every property is a
